Carnival wedding planners

I need advice, tips, pictures, etc. from anyone else out there married on a Carnival cruise especially regarding receptions and pictures. Also about the ceremony - can we use our own vows, readings, etc. and do we need to provide the unity candle if we want that to be part of the ceremony? I have a December 2004 wedding planned on the beach at Cozumel while at port there for the day. The wedding coordinators are Weddings For You, Inc. which I have not contacted about any of my concerns/questions yet. (Thought I'd ask the experts first!!) We will have 30 - 35 guests sailing with us. I ANXIOUSLY await a great time!!
