Dolphin Swim - Tortola

Does anyone know if the dolphin swim in Tortola is accessible? My oldes daughter is paralyzed from the top of the thighs down but swims on her high school varsity swim team and really wants to do this. She is willing to crawl if she has to for a short distance and will even crawl on a bus if they can put her rigid chair on it.
