Underwater Camera?

I've tried taking underwater pictures before - but they never turn out very good. Are there any disposable underwater cameras that are any good?

I've taken pictures many times with a disposable underwater camera, and they've turned out great. Not TERRIFIC, but great. But they key is, I was was snorkeling and up close to the water with the sun shining down. On a dark dreary day without the light, it won't be that great. Also, the more still you can hold the camera, the better the picture. Judy
