Port or Starboard?

Recommended Posts

My husband and I will be sailing aboard the Sea Princess on the 10-day cruise from New York to Quebec City and were wondering if the port or starboard side is preferrable. We are tentatively booked in B741. A very aft balcony cabin on the starboard side. Any opinions or recommendations about this location?

If you're going from NY to QC, you'd probably see more land on the port side. On the other hand, the starboard side would be good for the Saguenay and for coming into Québec City. But hey, at least you'll be on a cruise ship...:D

P.S. What date are you cruising? I'll be sure to come and wave!

By the time we decided, it was the only balcony that wasn't reserved. So, of course we took it. We are on the starboard side but like you said any side will be fine on a cruise ship. Thanks for your response. I'll be the short blonde woman waving to you as we go by. Can't wait!! : )
