Can't speak to Seattle but my family stayed in one in Miami for pre and post nights and was very pleased with it. One suite put up 9 of us very comfortably, the staff was very gracious and the breakfast was great. It was very hot and a staff member offered to take us to a local fast food restaurant (kids and their hamburgers!), wait for us and get us back while everything was still hot. Hope Seattle is as accommodating.

Stayed at the one near SeaTac right after they opened in 1992. It was our first experience with studio apt type rooms w/ breakfast and happy hour (usually just weeknites) and we have generally booked this type since. I love the convience of being able to have juice, snacks & coffee in the room and being able to reheat leftovers or pick sonething up at the local market for dinner.

However, This location is nowhere near anything you want to do in Seattle and tazis/parking is quite expensive downtown. You may want to contact the specific location directly and see if they offer any tye of shuttle to DT and what kind of schedule.
