We always took bottles of soda in are luggage and never had a problem we even picked sodas are different ports and never had a problem bringing them back to are cabin. How's RCI with this? SoCalCruzzing Posted March 21, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2011 Most of the time they do not stop soda, even though their official line is no water, soda or alcohol. We have carried on 6 or so in carry on baggage no problem, some even put a luggage tag on a case of soda
Clarea Posted March 21, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 21, 2011 I agree 100% with SoCalCruzzing above. That has been my experience. However, I did hear that last year during spring break Royal was strictly enforcing the no water/soda rule on Mariner out of LA. Bob
DaNana Posted March 21, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 21, 2011 The security people are pulling more over for water, sode and all sorts of hidden alcohol. I got pulled for my full size hairspray can they thought could be fluid as did others who had hairspray in the checked bag. We used to take Diet Dr Pepper. We paid for the soda package so everyone was happier & still got pulled over!
