Help: Airport Transfers in San Francisco & Vancouver

We are a family of 4 going on the Dawn Princess Coastal cruise from San Franscisco to Vancouver on 5/14/05.

 

What is the bestway to get from:

 

SFO airport to the Port of San Francisco

Vancouver Port to Vancouver Airport(YVR)

 

If taking a taxi is cheaper, how much does it cost for each of the above trips?
