Scandic Front Hotel in Copenhagen?

I am looking at this hotel for two pre-cruise nights in July, 2013. I noticed on the webpage for the Scandic Front that there is construction going on thru part of 2014 on a recreational area and parking garage in the area. Does anyone have information about how invasive the noise level or general inconvenience of the site is to a comfortable stay?

Any comments or advice is appreciated, as always!

They are going to construct a underground parking garage, a bridge over to the opera and finally when the parking garage they will construct a recreational area.

Hmmm, thanks for the info. Sounds like I need to keep looking for a hotel...
