Seattle Wyndham Summerfield Suites?

Is this a good hotel to stay at? It looks pretty good and for a 1-bedroom suite, it's only $160 per night. Or should I stay at the Springhill (by Marriot)?

Or...if you can recommend anything else for 5 people, that'd be great! (under $250 per night and close to downtown)

we are staying at the comfort suites downtown. new hotel. one bedroom two beds, sitting area, sofa bed frig. pretty nice for the price. with AAA got the room for 119.00 good luck. also continental breakfast in the morning.
