Transportation from airport to Waikiki Marriott

We have booked our own air but have booked a 1-day pre-cruise stay at the mariott. What is the bast way to get ground transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Take a look at www.hawaiistarlimo.com. A limo is a little more expensive than a cab, but it sure starts your trip out right. We took a limo to the hotel our last trip, and they stocked the bar with beer and bottled water at our request.

We, too, booked our pre-cruise at the Marriott last year through NCL, and we were surprised to see tranfers (which we didn't use) from the airport to the hotel in with our documents when we received them. They had a rep waiting outside the terminal security area upon arrival. I wasn't expecting that, so you may want to contact NCL to see if they still include the transfers with pre-cruise stays. We also booked our air on our own.

Last year we stayed 3 nights in Honolulu and took a taxi/limo. You walk out of the airport and go to the line for taxis. They are regulated and fees are fair. They put you in the next available car an off you go. Did the same thing when we went to the pier from hotel, cabs are out front, and when we returned from POA and went from the pier to the airport. No stress.
