Passports

Are passports necessary in Grand Cayman? I've heard yes and no.

I'm traveling on Carnival and they don't require it. When I did the pre-boarding forms online they said that my birth certificate was ok. If you want to know for sure just call the company you are traveling with and ask them, they will be able to tell once and for all.
