OK, just used priceline.com for the first time. I was given the Sheraton Yankee Clipper resort. I have never stayed there. Any comments, yes I know I am committed, but just wondering....it is just overnight!

Thanks Tina,
I understand that it is an older, classic hotel. I kind of like the charm of that era, so that doesn't concern me. The pictures on the site are rather distant, so hard to see if things are well maintained.

I was really wondering about the cleanliness, food for late night snack and for breakfast in the AM.Is there is a courtesy van that would take us to the ship. If no van, than how far is it by cab?

Thanks!!

Yes, it is an old hotel. It is kept up to par. There is a lot of changes occuring now. We are renovating many areas of the hotel. Nothing 'major' right now so don't worry. The major complaint I hear at the hotel is that the "Main' Building rooms are outside. All that means is the hallways are outside to get to the rooms.
As for the food, there is a 24 hour deli right at the hotel. Also, the Wreck Bar is available too. This is where the scene from "Analyze This" was filmed at. The Clipper Steakhouse will serve breakfast in the morning. It is a good place to get in and out and not wait around a long time.
There is no courtesy van/shuttle to the peir but it is a 5 min drive, maybe about $5-10. The Valet/Bell Stand can arrange one for you.

I just have one favor to ask of you, Please keep the ship looking nice for me. If any other questions, please respond. Will be happy to help.
