earliest flight from Seattle

What is the earliest flight you would book home from Seattle? The ship is supposed to dock at 7am. I've always booked after 1pm, however, I know many people who book for before noon. There is a big price difference. What do you think? Would you risk it? How far is the airport from pier?

We'll be off the Diamond in Seattle, in August. I called Princess to ask about the earliest flight they recommend and was told 11:30 am. On that basis, we booked an 11:50 am flight. We'll do our own transportation to the airport... don't want to wait for a bus to fill up and then stop at each airline.
