Hotel & Shuttle for San Pedro/Long Beach

This may be a tall order but I'm notoriously thrifty. I'm looking for a hotel in the San Pedro or even Long Beach area that has a shuttle from the Long Beach Airport to the hotel and a shuttle from the hotel to the San Pedro pier the next morning. I'm not talking about the shuttles that cost between $15 and $25 per person but the complimentary ones from the hotel itself. Does a hotel like this exist that is also in a decent area of town?

I did a search in this forum and there were many helpful suggestions for a hotel but none with the above criterion.

Also, what is the best bet for transportation after the cruise back to the airport? A taxi? Can one arrange for a shuttle service?

Oh, and a free continental breakfast would also be nice. Ok, I know, I've gone too far.

We are on the Diamond Princess leaving out of San Pedro on Oct 23rd if that helps at all.
