Time on Grand Cayman?

DW and I will be on our first Cruise in Grand Cayman on Nov. 15th on the Inspiration. We are all set with Nativways, using them for the 1st time, and wondering if they are on the same Eastern Time Zone as the US? Want to make sure we catch the right tender ;) .

They are on Eastern Standard and do not observe Daylight Savings time (not an issue since you're there 11/15, but just thought I would mention that for others who may wonder)
