Group Tour Booking for HAL

Can you book with Hal and block out a whole portion of a deck?? My town was thinking of doing a group cruise, our Mayor is a RCCL die hard. This summer we got talking and I mentioned the Vista Class and its ratio of staff to guests. He liked the idea, I'm thinking about 100 rooms, then I want to know if booking a large group like this at one time would you get a free room of some kind of special perk. Has anyone ever done something like this????

The only way to find out is to call HAL & ask for the "group travel" department, if there is such a thing.:)
