We are doing the Baltic cruise out of Amsterdam in July 2010 and have booked cabin 7003. It is supposed to be bigger sq ft (203) but with no balcony. We have always been midship with a balcony on our other cruises - is this cabin OK??? Also, I heard the Constellation is due for a refit April 2010 - is that true? Thanks in advance for any info.:)
