Dawn Deck 9 above Salsas Restaurant -Noise?

We are ready to book on the Dawn. There are 6 inside sideways cabins on Deck 9 that look to be right above Salsas Restaurant (Deck 8)...also looks like it opens to the atrium (right? Salsas is open and you can see the deck below)

Has anyone been in one of these cabins and had a problem with noise?
