Help - Cann anyone confirm time in St. Thomas used by Explorer of the Seas?

I have booked a private tour while in St. Thomas in November. The tour operator is asking if the ship will be following St. Thomas time or East Coast time as there is a one hour difference in November. Can anyone who has sailed on EOS confirm what time is used while in port?

Not sure about EOS, but when we were there on Radiance, we stayed on Eastern time.
