Rainy Sailaway

We had a rainy sail-away once. It was on Super Bowl Sunday leaving out of FLL. Our departure was delayed by several hours waiting for a large group to arrive. So we were actually at dinner when we pulled away from the dock. Dark outside and rainy. The Super Bowl was supposed to be shown on MUTS, and it was..but because of the rain almost no one was on deck. Put a damper on the whole thing. I don't recall anything special going on indoors because of the rain. It was business as usual for the first night on the cruise. But no sail-away party on deck because of the rain.

Hi! Leaving on the CB on Saturday and the forecast is heavy rain/thunderstorms.

What does Princess do for sailaway if the weather is as bad as they're predicting?

We have had many rainy sailaways ( PNW coastal cruises) and we find the best place to watch the sailaway is Skywalkers and it will probably be pretty busy. I don't understand why they don't open the bar up there.
