We just returned from our cruise out of San Juan. We stayed at the El Convento Hotel. Great, quiet, well located hotel.

 

The highlight was Marmalade Restaurant and Wine Bar. Most awesome food I have had in quite some time. We live in Atlanta and I can't think of a place to compare it to. The owner has had several awards and is an incredible host. We left our cell phone there Saturday night and was to get on a cruise Sunday. He not only came to give us the phone but also arranged to have us taken to the ship.

 

Food - A+

Drink - A+

Atmosphere - A+

Host - A++

 

Loved every think about this restaurant.
