Cruise Elegant Nights????

We're on the Glory (Eastern Carib.) December 6 and want to book the Steakhouse but not on Cruise Elegant Nights. When should we book the Steakhouse to be sure we don't book on a Cruise Elegant night?

USUALLY, cruise elegant nights are on the 2nd and 5th night at sea......
