Into and out of Miami

I hear there's a lot of flooding in Miami right now due to heavy rains. I hope those staying downtown don't run into much trouble. This doesn't appear to be a good weather weekend to be cruising.:(

I got off a cruise in Miami this morning and flew home to Atlanta. My flight was at 11:27 but got pushed back to after 12. They rushed us onto the plane when it finally got to the gate saying there was only a short window of time before the next rain band hit. Once the plane left the gate we found out we were #10 in line to take off. We made it into the air around 12:30 and it was a very bumpy flight. We landed over an hour and a half late due to all the delays, etc. Luckily, I live in Atlanta and it was just a short ride to my condo. I felt bad for all the transfer people because it was suck a confusing mess. I am so glad I had an earlier flight scheduled today.
