3pm-10pm San Juan Things to Do?

Our December Celebrity Eclipse itinerary has us in port from 2pm-10pm in San Juan.

We usually don't book tours through the ship--and a lot of the Old San Juan historic attractions (El Morro, San Cristobal Fort, La Fortaleza) seem to be morning and early afternoon hours only, tours posted from 9am-3pm...

By the time we get off the ship, will it be too late to visit the Old San Juan historic attractions? (Before we realized what date/time our cruise would be in port, we wanted to go see the Arecibo observatory... that's out of the question now too...)

Alternately--what would be a good itinerary of things to do and see from 3pm-10pm in San Juan?

Help!

All of the sites are in walking distance and I would recommend just wandering on you own. It is a beautiful town with blue cobblestone streets. Lots of nice restaurants and bars options for dinner. I wouldn't bother with a tour!
