Suggestions - Embarkation/Disembarkation Day(s) in San Juan

We're booked on a Princess sailing in April that originates and ends in San Juan. We have a 5:45 p.m. departure on disembarkation day that allows us several hours to explore the city as well as a several hours on embarkation day, before we set sail.

 

We've been to San Juan before (many years ago) but don't want to miss out on the opportunity to see the city while we're there.

 

Any suggestions on what we can do on those days in a few hours? We don't want to take a ship excursion.

Segway tours is suppose to be really good.

Segway tours is GREAT! It's two hours (I think9, 12, plus one later).

 

Expensive though: with tax, it came to close to $100 pp.
