Nachi Cocom Booking Questions

I am looking for advice on how to make reservations at Nachi Cocom. I have visted the "official" Nachi Cocom website, but I do not see a way to make reservations through that site. (My attempt to submit a question through that site was blocked as well.) Should I book Nachi Cocom through a tour operator? If so, which operator would folks recommend? Also, does anyone know if Nachi Cocom has different pricing options that vary depending upon the guest's ago and/or on whether the guest will be drinking alcohol? Thank you in advance for your advice.
