Menu...for a 12 Day Cruise; Question

Hi all,

 

We're heading on a 12-day cruise (to Hawaii in September) and just wondering if anyone has any experience with the menu onboard for a cruise of this length?

 

For some strange reason, I like to skim the menu :rolleyes: beforehand, and my PVP said she didn't know what happened after day 7...she thinks they might roll the menu over and start again on the day 1 menu for day 8, and so on.

 

Also, is there a 'general' rule for what days the elegant nights are...just to kind of tentatively schedule shore excursions (when applicable) so as not to interfere, and also good days to book the Supper Club...mmmmm;)

They do not repeat menus on a given cruise. There will almost certainly be some repeat dishes, but different in preparation.
