Stingray City vs Gibbs Cay Question

My DH and I were just on our first cruise in Jan of this year. We were on the Crown Princess. The excursion I was looking forward to the most was swimming with the stingrays. Unfortunately, due to weather we were not able to do so. This stop was Grand Cayman for Stingray City.

 

I am now planning another cruise. Wanting to see some different islands this time, I am looking at a cruise with a stop in Grand Turk. Would I be pleased with the stingray encounter at Gibbs Cay? Or should I just book a cruise which stops again in Grand Cayman?

 

Any comments would be appreciated, and I would especially love to hear from anyone who has been to both.
