What happens if there's a strike?

American Airlines and its union are in negotiations right now, but what if they fall through and the ground workers go on strike? Our cruise flights are in mid- and late April. Would American Airlines refund our fares? Book us on other airlines? Something else? I've seen a few speculations but no real answers.

If American will not allow you to fly, then American would have to refund you your airfare.
