I checked out the online pre-reservation process for MTD yesterday. There were times available up until 6:45p and then starting again at 8p (but this was for every day, not just the first). I am guessing that this is an error that RCI hasn't realized yet given the late sail away time from San Juan.

 

Ultimately I'd like to make a reservation before muster but not too early (for us) and be able to enjoy sail away after muster. Not sure if the 6:45p time is real.

The 6:45 time makes sense (though 6:30 would make more sense), but the 8 PM doesn't, since that's when muster starts. Hmmm.

 

If I were you, I'd just make a reservation for 6:30; then you know you'll have enough time before muster, and be free for sailaway afterwards as well!
