Trouble ordering Fun Ship Dollars Online

Howdy,

 

Anyone else have trouble ordering fun ship dollars online? The webpage doesn't load up properly and when attempting to order I can't fill out all of the information. I can put in my address only but then won't allow me to scroll down to complete my order. Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem, I had been ordering them online, and the last time I tried I had the same problems as you. I called and ordered them by phone instead. Called on Friday and they were here by Monday.

I had the same problem the last couple times I have ordered them.

But, I just keep filling out the information on top of the other writing. It works at the end when you finish the order. The city, state, zip code and sail date spaces are there, just look for them and fill them in.

It seems to be a browser-specific problem. In IE7, it really is blocked. In IE8 and Firefox, the city/state fields are there but above other writing. If you can, try a different browser.

If I order these for a gift, do they send them in my name or the gift recipients name? Also, do they mail them to me to give them as a gift or do the mail them to the recipients?

I had the same problem on my laptop with windows but oddly I could fill the fields out over the other writing as described on my Mac. I wish they would fix it! I drove me nuts for about an hour!
