Help,,We need advice choosing a ship!

My husband and I are finally taking our honeymoon on our 10yr wedding anniv,

in March of this year. OUr two choices are Carnival Destiny and Celebrity Constellation for the Southern Carib. cruise.

ANy advice on either ship, I am really looking for someone that has been on both ships.

please help, any advice on this would be appreciated.

i have not been on either ship, but they are very different cruise lines. you might post this question on both the general carnival board and the general celebrity board and see what you get there. I warn you that you will get some extremely different answers. Some cruisers are very "brand" loyal and don't look at things very objectively. I have taken two Carnival cruises and been extremely happy, but we are going with Princess this time b/c I've heard good things.....and my travel agent's favorite cruise line is Celebrity b/c their service is so amazing. Just my 2 cents. I think you will find a larger group of cruisers who may have taken both ships on the general boards for each cruise line. Good luck and let us know what you decide. Are you thinking about renewing your vows onboard?

MentalVacation has a great recommendation -- check out the Celebrity and Carnival boards for more info. You'll find reviews of both the cruise lines and the individual ships which should make your choice a bit easier. And as you look over the reviews, keep in mind what ship features are most important to you. A well equiped gym might be much more important to you than a large casino, or a elaborate children's program.
