Radiance Class OV rooms

Can anyone tell me about the Oceanview rooms on Radiance class ships? Category "I" are rooms with portholes? Any other categories with obstructed views? Sometimes I notice on the RCL's weekly sales event, category H comes up a lot--should these be avoided? I'm probably not going to cruise again until 2011 (just came back from a cruise). I've always booked verandas, but after 3 cruises I really don't have a need for one. I've tried Princess, Celebrity, and HAL--want to try RCL next!
