Excursion in Tortola/Antigua with 11 month old

We will be visiting Tortola and Antigua with a 11 month old. My parents will be traveling with us to help with the baby so we'll have two extra hands. We really want to do a beach day and a sailing excursion but not sure which island we should do what. Any suggestions???? Thanks:):)
