Spa Concierge - Aqua Class

This is a benefit listed for AQ. Does anyone know what they mean? Has anyone used their "personal spa concierge"? Do AQ passengers get any priority on scheduling spa services or is this just someone who can schedule appointments (which seems a little redundant as you could just call the front desk of the spa)?

 

I guess the bottom line of what I am looking for is does anyone know the true benefit of this benefit...if there is one???

Since almost everything in the spa area costs extra (massages, facials, toe-nail bleaching), I'm not sure what the purpose of a "personal spa concierge" could be other than to try to sell you "product" or arrange for spa treatment appointments.

 

I would tend to think they are there to generate revenue rather than stand outside the sauna waiting for you with a cool drink and a warm towel. But I could be wrong...

 

Anyone know for sure?
