Glass bottom Kayak tour in Cabo

We are going on the Carnival Splendor in July and one of the stop is Cabo. We are planning on doing a kayak tour with a glass bottom has anyone ever done this ? Is it rough waters and can the thing tip over ? Because if that thing tips over with me in it then I am up the creek ..LOL I'll never be able to pull myself back up on it. Overall how was the excursion and what all did you see?
