Cruise Personaliser

Hi,

Am hoping someone can help me. Everytime I try to fill in address on cruise personaliser , it comes up Error 5371 :o . Can someone please tell me how to corect this.

 

I really thought I knew where I lived :confused:.

What browser are you using?

What state are you in?

I had the same problem and when I rang through to our online travel agent, she told me that for some reason, the program could not handle it if you wrote in eg Victoria.

Once we filled it in as Vic, it worked.

 

So, try the shortcut way to write in the state, see if that helps.

Thanks Sandy and Sherri, Tried both and in the end had to ring P and O . Noticed the only thing they did different was they didn't put in postcode.

That's good you have it sorted. We had to get our TA to add our mobile numbers one time, but otherwise it has been OK. It does take a while to open and we are always asked if we approve it.

 

(Our browser is Opera. Also with Opera we can't book with P&O online - says sorry there is a problem and gives phone numbers. If we go through Internet Explorer it is OK. Mind you we don't book through them so it doesn't matter.)
