Chops and sauces/crusts

Sailing the Mariner on 6/13 and DH and I are considering making a reservation for one night in Chops. I was wondering if they offer sauces/topppings for the steaks. My favorite is au poivre (crusted in pepper, cream & brandy sauce), if they offer it I am incapable of resisting...;) DH generally choses a blue cheese crust at our favorite steak house.

I think the green peppercorn sauce at Chops will suit you although it isn't necessarily steak au povire.

It is a huge meal though-be warned! Enormous amounts of food.. enough for a small army. And delicious!
