Insurance Question..Im going to cry!

I need help. This is NOT cruise related but these boards have always helped me tremendously. I am getting married in Hawaii and my parents are attending. My mom has cancer. She is in remission. I STUPIDLY waited TOO LONG to get their travel insurance and now its a week past the 30 days for pre existing conditions. I stupidly thought that only pertained to medical coverage, NOT cancellation coverage. Do I have ANY options to cover their flights? I bought the tickets 38 days ago :(

Did you look at the ins. offered on www.insuremytrip.com? They offer numerous policies with varying coverages. Hope everything works out and you have a great cruise.

I have yet to find an insurer that give you more time to buy policy than the 30 dayw indow from purchase of trip

Check out CSA Travel Protection. They seem to offer coverage for pre-existing medical if you purchase the policy prior to or within 24 hours of final trip payment.

check out DAN...divers alert network, they have insurance that you can buy i think up to 10 days before departure. You may have to be a member, but it is worth trying. Good luck, and we are sending prayers for your mom.
