What a girl to do on her birthday

My grandmother and I will be in port on my birthday in October. I would like to view barbados using a taxi. Can someone give me some suggestions or ideas. My grandmother doesn't snorkel so snorkeling isn't a must. We would like to do a lot of site seeing.
