Star GAzing on the GEM

Summer of 2008, the GEM had a star gazing seminar on deck at night.

It was a beautiful night and it was well attended.

It was one of my most memorable activities on any cruise.

I was wondering if they were doing this on the itienraries out of Venice.

We too had the wonderful experience of the star gazing. I can't remember the CD's name but I think this experience is unique to him and what ship he is on, since star gazing is his passion and hobby.

I guess I will have to bring a star map of my own, and study the tails behind the named constellations!

It would be appropo, cruising the Greek isles!:o
