I tried it for the first time in St. Thomas. We had a BLAST!! Took a few minutes to get used to breathing under water..they actually had to add more weights so I could sink better. Once that was done, it was very easy and our guide was very patient. We went appx. up to 30 feet under water. You have to remember to clear your ears as you dive. I kept forgetting and ended up with a little hearing loss for a few weeks, but it was totally worth it!!
