credit points and OBC

Recommended Posts

When you mail in your certificates for OBC for a cruise is there any way to check that the amount is correct prior to boarding. We just sent in multiple certificates for an Oct. cruise and wanted to double check amount and receipt of certificates.

Are you referring to cashing in Visa points for OBC?

Once they have been posted to your booking you will see them coded on your Confirmation Invoice. They are posted starting with the earliest to latest sailings.

Look under Booking Charges and the code C30C - $$$ - OBC P-P (substitute the dollar amount for the $$$). You can also call the Rewards Department at 1-888-305-4626 to see if they have been posted.

Also, it is a good idea to call the rewards dept or Crown and Anchor when you get the cert. You can give them the number and they can apply it to the account while you are on the phone. YOU STILL NEED TO SEND THE FORM IN, but they can get the main part done ahead of time.

Where can I find my Confirmation Invoice? I've searched all over the my cruises section of RCCL website.

You won't find it on the web you have to contact RCI and they will email you your copy. If you booked through a TA, then they must request it for you.
