AMA Romantic Danube optional tour

My parents and I will be on AMA romantic danube on Sep7 and there is an optonal tour to Munich. Is it worth to join the tour? Does anyone have any idea what is the voltage in the stateroom? 220v or 110v? Thanks

AMA cabins uses 220 volt which some electronic take ,like the apple Itouch, you will need a adapter only (no converter).

Last month the optional tour was 9.5 hours which included Munich and the BMW Museum and BMW World. It was 85 Euros pp and required a minimum of 20 guests which was not achieved for the July 11th excursion. I think many of us were "toured out" by then.

Thanks for your info. This is our first river cruise and we are very excited and how's your cruise? Can you tell me more about your cruise? Did you join any optional tour or just go on your own. If i'm not very interested in music, should I go for the concert in Vienna?
