Snorkel in St Lucia

Where is the best place to snorkel in St Lucia. We are on the NCL Spirit on 2/23/05 tender at 8AM and the last tender leaves at 4PM so we have a full day to travel. We were thinking of going by water taxi to Anse Chastenet any thoughts would be appreciated. We leave in 6 days!!!!!!!!!!
