Portifino's for lunch?

Some posters have said that Portifino's is open for lunch on sea days. Is this also true on the Mariner? In looking at previous Compasses I did not see this was so.

On Radiance last week Portofinos was open for lunch one day only and had a $10.00 fee. Chops was also open for lunch one day.

It would be great if they would open for lunch. They always get booked so quickly that we have never been able to try them. They have had a couple of "very late" dining times open when we've checked - but they were way too late for us. It would be great to be able to try them for lunch.
