Getting to the port for a large group

We are staying close to the port in the FLL beach area, but the hotel does not have a shuttle. There are 13 of us. We can get multiple cabs, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other suggestions.

I booked with Miami Discount Shuttle to take us from the hotel to the port of miami. It comes out to be 10.00/person, but we can all get there at the same time.

Any idea whether they have a Fort Lauderdale equivalent or branch?

Thanks, Jackie. I sent them an email as well as other shuttle companies I discovered.

 

I'm leaning toward a shuttle/limo company for convenience, but if we did decide to do cabs from the airport, how much is the fare? Is it a flat fare with an extra charge for each additional person and additional luggage?
