As a solo traveller..Why do I only get one OBC when I have to pay 200% sup. as I am two? Doesn't seem fair at all. Who makes up these rules anyway?:(

I got an OBC for $300.00 and someone I know got $600.00 because their are two people. :(

Got my understanding...I was told that it's per cabin not per person.

For the same reason that I did not get a cruise credit when I had to cancel and was reimbursed by insurance. The cruise company got paid.

From my experience that I am going through at this moment, solos get screwed every time.

The rules are the same as the policy that ......if A pays 1,000 for his trip and I pay 2,000 for the same trip, .....we both get 1 credit.

 

....and if you then say.....I got a better cabin than the 1K passenger....for my 2k.....well, the solo traveller got to have the entire cabin to themselves.....for the extra cost...........;)
