What are the customary charges in a Brazilian rodizio?

 

I have been reading some reviews about the tourist's places in Rio and there are several comments about the cost. I expect to pay for drinks and a tip, but what else?

 

What do the locals do, besides not go to the tourists' places?

 

What about Buenos Aires?
