Yet another beach advice question...

I have read most of the reviews and am still torn and confused. Will be in Antigua in December w/ big family trip, some small children, some teens... definitely want nice, clean beach with jetskis, sports and restaurant/bathroom facilities.

Jolly Beach sounds great but can you go without day pass?

Other alternatives seem like Half Moon, Dickenson and valley church

so which one to choose? Thanks!

You don't need a day pass to spend the day at Jolly Beach. All the beaches in Antigua are public. If you wanted to use the Jolly Beach Resort facilities such as their pools, etc. then you would need a day pass. It sounds like Jolly Beach would be a good choice for you. Valley Church is also nice but has less toys than Jolly.
